The Academic Vice-Rectorate of César Vallejo University is responsible for regulating the academic activities that govern the annual schedule. The vice-rector, as the main authority, directs and executes the improvement of the institution's educational quality

Teacher Training Center

It is an educational space of strategic scope; its objective is to improve pedagogical performance, guarantee excellence in teaching-learning processes, and ensure the quality of educational services through programs that impact the development of teachers' competencies in all their professional dimensions.

 

With the aim of ensuring a high profile for the teachers entering UCV, the Teacher Training Center presents a series of training actions through courses and activities for teacher training, retention, and specialization, linked to the four strategic lines of the Teacher Professional Development Plan:

 

  • Pedagogical Training
  • Research and ICT Management
  • University Quality Management
  • Entrepreneurship Training.

 

Strategic Lines

 

  • Pedagogical Training
    This line addresses the development of pedagogical competencies, techniques, and teaching-learning and evaluation strategies.

  • Research and ICT Management
    It addresses theoretical and methodological training to propose solutions and solve problems within the framework of scientific research through information and communication technologies.

  • University Quality Management
    It addresses academic and administrative management to strengthen quality management spaces.

  • Entrepreneurship Training
    It addresses the promotion of an entrepreneurial culture and entrepreneurship competencies in teachers to later share them with students.
