He is a legal advisor in the Supervision and Evaluation Directorate of SUNAFIL. He has been a Full Member of the Labor Supervision Court and has held various positions in the Ministry of Labor and SUNAFIL, with extensive experience in labor inspection, legal advice and inspection regulation. He is a lawyer from the University of Piura, with a second specialty and master's degree in Labor and Social Security Law from the PUCP, and complementary training at the University of Salamanca and ESAN. Solid teaching career in postgraduate and continuing education, teaching courses linked to labor law, labor procedure, social security and legal research, at prestigious universities.
