Immediate Graduation System

The research process is developed as a transversal axis both from the formative and career culmination perspectives, as well as in the teaching domain at the University, developing research competencies in each curricular experience to achieve the required student profile. Additionally, it sets forth a series of guidelines aimed at standardizing the strategic actions necessary for implementation, valid across all academic cycles of the University’s professional schools, to foster the initiation into scientific research.
Disciplinary, inter-, and multidisciplinary academic bodies consolidate research through projects aligned with research lines.
Furthermore, research considers the production of new knowledge for solving environmental problems and serves as evidence to strengthen entrepreneurship, allowing the University to fulfill its mission of transferring knowledge to society. For this reason, technological development research is financed, and results from various research groups are patented and commercialized.
Within this framework, the Immediate Graduation System is an articulated and coordinated process enabling students to develop their research competencies throughout their university journey. This process is implemented in coordination with the various university areas involved in the degree and title awarding procedure.
Methodology It is a system integrated by 4 components:
(I) Academic Demand:
(II) RENACYT Researchers Advisory
(III) Technological Resources
(IV) Administrative Process
Obtaining the professional title is the final stage of the Immediate Graduation System process, implemented by the university throughout its formative process. It should be noted that obtaining the professional title is linked to the system. Furthermore, students do not need to make any additional payments to access the immediate graduation system.
