  • Proposes solutions to social, cultural, or environmental challenges, drawing on experience and theoretical foundations in the social sciences and humanities.

  • Applies the theoretical foundations of educational administration with the to optimize the management and operation of the educational institutions, assuming a leadership attitude that allow teams to be conducted at the organizational level.
  • Manages and directs educational centers applying modern techniques of administration to ensure efficient management and contribute to the achievement of the objectives of the educational institution, demonstrating responsibility, quality, and professional ethics.
  • Develops research projects in the field of administration of education to optimize an efficient pedagogical management, with ethics and social responsibility.
Complementary skills

In accordance with university regulations, students must demonstrate proficiency in a foreign language (or, where applicable, their native language). This includes the ability to speak clearly, understand what they read and hear, and communicate effectively in writing.

Study hours: night

  • The synchronous activities of the master's program are conducted via videoconferences, and take place at the following times:
  • Synchronous curriculum sessions: Wednesday and/or Thursday and/or Friday from 7:00 pm
  • Extracurricular tutoring sessions are held on Saturdays, between 8:00 am and 1:00 pm, or from 2:00 pm to 9:00 pm
