The Master’s in Public Management offers advanced specialization in the management of state resources, strengthening competencies to perform effectively in the public sector. It prepares professionals capable of identifying social issues, managing results, and optimizing resources, while providing knowledge on the organization, structure, and modernization of the State.

  • Proposes solutions to social, cultural, or environmental problems, considering their experience and professional theoretical knowledge in the field of business sciences.
Graduate Profile

Analyzes administrative and functional systems of the public sector to identify opportunities for improvement in public institutional management, with ethics and social responsibility.

Evaluates public policies at the institutional level to contribute to strengthening public governance through critical thinking and analytical skills.

Conducts research in the field of public management to establish strategies and propose innovative policies that improve institutional processes in the public sector, with ethics and social responsibility.

Complementary Competencies

According to university regulations, students must demonstrate proficiency in a foreign language, which may be replaced by their native language. In this regard, they must speak accurately, understand what they read, comprehend spoken messages, and communicate effectively in writing.

Study schedule:

The master’s program synchronous activities are conducted via videoconference on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and/or Fridays starting at 7:00 p.m., while extracurricular advisory sessions take place on Saturdays, either from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
