
Specialization Program in
Public Procurement
The Program is designed for professionals from the public and private sectors to understand and apply, in a practical and updated manner, the new regulatory framework for public procurement in Peru. Throughout four specialized modules, the participant will master all phases of the process: planning, PAC formulation, selection procedures, contractual execution and dispute resolution. The program's approach integrates the pillars of the current reform: sustainability, strategic approach and digital transformation, with advanced use of SEACE and application of good practices to optimize the management of goods, services and works in the public sector.

The delivery of the IESE Publishing certificate of participation is subject to obtaining the certificate of the specialization program in Public Procurement and the completion of all asynchronous activities available on the educational platform.
