Coaching and Leadership
With this program you will be able to manage teams with vision, awareness and support skills. Participants will strengthen key competencies in coaching, leadership, communication, talent and change management, integrating practical tools to face current leadership challenges with an agile and people-centered approach. With an andragogical methodology - educational approach focused on adult learning, the program guides participants in a process of self-knowledge, personal and team leadership, developing behaviors that have an impact on organizations.
