Specialization Program in

Treasury, Credits and Collections

This specialized program strengthens technical and analytical capabilities to comprehensively manage treasury, credits and collections, with an approach oriented to liquidity, risk and financial efficiency. Participants will learn to interpret financial statements, evaluate credit subjects, manage portfolios with preventive and recovery strategies and apply digital tools to automate processes and optimize decisions. According to the CIMA Global Cost Management Report 2024, efficient financial management improves business profitability and sustainability in changing environments.

The project consolidates indicators, basic automation and practical recommendations aimed at improving working capital and financial sustainability.
