The Hospitality and Hotel Management Specialization Program develops strategic and operational capabilities to lead hospitality businesses with a focus on efficiency, profitability and innovation. Participants will master key tools in hotel operations, revenue management, business strategies, financial analytics and digital transformation applied to the guest experience. According to the World Travel & Tourism Council (2024), 74% of hospitality organizations prioritize digitalization, sustainability and service optimization to remain competitive in an environment of growing demand and more demanding customers.
