Mock Trial Workshop
Mock Trial Workshop

In this workshop, students will be provided with legal tools and will be asked to assume different roles and behaviors within a common scenario of a judicial hearing. An emphasis will be placed on judicial diligence and the various roles will be defined, such as the judge, the prosecutor, the witness, the plaintiff, the defendant, and the expert, following a normal hearing format.
