Any information you provide through this website, considered personal data according to Law 29733, will be duly treated and maintained under our responsibility in personal data banks owned by us both in Peru and abroad, and may also be stored in cloud-based computer systems.
The processing and use of your personal data by CÉSAR VALLEJO UNIVERSITY will be carried out in accordance with the conditions and purposes of this notice, provided that you have given your consent, accepted the terms by clicking, or by another similar means.

The protection of personal data of minors is extremely important. This policy has been drafted so that minors, aged 14 to 18, can understand it. CÉSAR VALLEJO UNIVERSITY does not collect personal data related to minors (ages 0-13) through its website. If CÉSAR VALLEJO UNIVERSITY becomes aware that the personal data provided belongs to a minor (ages 0-13), appropriate measures will be taken to delete the personal data as soon as possible.
CÉSAR VALLEJO UNIVERSITY is not responsible for the registration of a minor’s personal data if, at the time of data collection, the minor provided an incorrect date of birth or age, preventing us from identifying them as a minor.
How to rectify your personal data, unsubscribe, cancel, or object to its use? You have the right to access your personal data, which is registered and stored indefinitely in our database until you request its cancellation by exercising your ARCO rights; as well as to know the details of its treatment, to rectify it if it is inaccurate or incomplete, to cancel it or delete it when you consider it is not necessary for any of the purposes indicated in this notice or is being used for unauthorized purposes; when the contractual or service relationship has ended, or to object to its treatment for specific purposes. In the case of sensitive personal data, you must provide CÉSAR VALLEJO UNIVERSITY with your express and written consent for its treatment through your handwritten, electronic signature, or any authentication mechanism established for this purpose. In any case, we commit to not processing this data for purposes other than the contract or specific agreement for which you provided it, if we do not have your express and written consent.
