Evaluates the planning, direction, execution and closure processes of the mining project to optimize efficiency and profitability within the framework of sustainability.

Designs optimization strategies in mining operational processes to improve productivity and reduce organizational costs in complex environments, taking care of the environment under current regulations.

Develops research projects in the field of mining engineering, to evaluate and design the processes of the mining business, which guarantee the profitability and sustainability of the organization in complex environments, with ethics and social responsibility.

Complementary skills

In accordance with university regulations, students must demonstrate proficiency in a foreign language (or, where applicable, their native language). This includes the ability to speak clearly, understand what they read and hear, and communicate effectively in writing.

Study hours:

The synchronous activities of the master's degree take place through videoconferences on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays from 7:00 p.m., while the extracurricular counseling sessions are held on Saturdays, between 8:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m., or from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
