Compliance: Whistleblowing Channel

The Universidad Cesar Vallejo, in its aim to be a transparent organization in the fight to prevent illicit acts that affect its normal development, has implemented a Prevention Model to mitigate risks of Public Corruption (Bribery, Collusion, Influence Peddling), Money Laundering, Financing of Terrorism, and Private Corruption; in compliance with Law No. 30424 and its regulations, and SBS Resolution No. 369-2018.

To this end, and in compliance with the university's commitment to prevent these acts, it makes available to the entire university community, business partners, and suppliers, a channel of communication to report directly to the Prevention Officer and Compliance Officer, in case they have knowledge or suspicion of illicit acts related to Public Corruption (Bribery, Collusion, Influence Peddling), Money Laundering, Financing of Terrorism, and Private Corruption.
