Compliance: Whistleblowing Channel

César Vallejo University, in its objective of being a transparent organization committed to preventing illegal acts that may affect its normal operations, has implemented a Prevention Model to mitigate risks of Public Corruption (Bribery, Collusion, Influence Peddling), Money Laundering, Terrorism Financing, and Private Corruption, in compliance with Law No. 30424 and its regulations, as well as SBS Resolution No. 369-2018.

To this end, and in line with the University’s commitment to prevent such acts, a whistleblowing channel is made available to the entire university community, business partners, and suppliers. This allows them to report directly to the Prevention Officer and Compliance Officer if they have knowledge or indications of illegal activities related to Public Corruption, Money Laundering, Terrorism Financing, or Private Corruption.
