Specialization Program in Nutritional and Metabolic Treatment
It is oriented to develop the tools to have the criteria in the nutritional approach using a nutritional care plan seeking to reduce: hospital malnutrition, hospital stay, costs and mortality and promote multidisciplinary work where the nutritionist, having knowledge and practice, will have a better professional performance. The program will focus on the ASPEN and ESPEN guidelines; as well as on the best practices in the resolution of cases developed in the clinical area.

Methodology
The program will be developed in virtual mode, through the Trilce and Blackboard platforms. Teaching resources such as reading materials, explanatory videos, practical cases, advice, application exercises, discussion forums, among others, will be used.
Certification
The Directorate of Continuing Education delivers two types of certification issued by the César Vallejo University.
Approval, when the participant obtains a rating of 14 to more.
- Attendance, when 80% attend class sessions or obtain a grade of less than 14.
