GENERAL OBJECTIVE

Develop fundamental interpersonal and emotional skills in participants to enhance their performance in dynamic and hybrid work environments, promoting effective communication, leadership with purpose, change management and personal well-being, thus guaranteeing their adaptability and professional sustainability over time.

Methodology
The course will be developed in virtual mode, through the Trilce and Blackboard Ultra platforms. Teaching resources such as reading materials, explanatory videos, practical cases, advice, application exercises, discussion forums, among others, will be used.

Certification
The Directorate of Continuing Education delivers two types of certificates issued by the César Vallejo University.
- Approval, when the participant obtains a rating of 14 to more.
- Attendance, when 80% attend class sessions or obtain a grade of less than 14.
