Specialization Program in Contracting for Public Works within the Framework of Law No. 32069

This program is designed to train professionals linked to the contracting of public works, such as civil engineers, administrators, accountants and lawyers, providing them with the necessary knowledge to participate in the contracting procedures with the Peruvian State. This program is developed in accordance with Law N. ° 32069 - General Law of Public Procurement and its regulation, approved by Supreme Decree No. 009-2025-EF, ensuring updated training and aligned with current regulations.

GENERAL OBJECTIVE

Train participants in the correct application of Law No. 32069 in the contracting processes of public works, strengthening their skills in management, supervision and regulatory compliance to ensure the efficient execution of infrastructure projects.

Methodology
The program will be developed in virtual mode, through the Trilce and Blackboard platforms. Teaching resources such as reading materials, explanatory videos, practical cases, advice, application exercises, discussion forums, among others, will be used.

Certification
The Directorate of Continuing Education delivers two types of certificates issued by the César Vallejo University.
- Approval, when the participant obtains a rating of 14 to more.
- Attendance, when 80% attend class sessions or obtain a grade of less than 14.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
- Simple copy of the identity document (passport or ID).
