Vice Rectorate for Quality 

César Vallejo University establishes quality assurance as a strategic, cross-cutting, and sustainable commitment within its management model. This commitment is geared toward fulfilling its mission, institutional objectives, and strategic plan; ensuring the effectiveness and modernization of academic and administrative processes; aligning with national and international standards; fostering continuous improvement; and satisfying stakeholders.

To this end, the University systematically, transparently, and accurately integrates planning, management, and evaluation cycles as the basis for decision-making and continuous improvement, in accordance with its Statute, General Regulations, and applicable internal and external legal frameworks (both national and international). An institutional culture of quality is promoted, driven by the commitment of Senior Management and the participation of the university community across all campuses, delivery modes, and institutional levels.

·         Monitoring and evaluating the satisfaction levels of students, faculty, alumni, and employers regarding institutional services.
·         Raising awareness and providing ongoing training to the university community on quality standards, strategic alignment, and institutional innovation.
·         Continuously conducting academic and administrative self-evaluation cycles to identify gaps and implement improvement plans.
1.  Accreditation Directorate

The unit responsible for driving continuous improvement in undergraduate and graduate degree programs as well as at the institutional level, aiming to achieve academic excellence through national and international accreditations.

·         Preparing undergraduate and graduate degree programs for national and international accreditation processes. ·         Coordinate evaluation and follow-up visits with evaluating bodies and accreditation agencies.

·         Support accredited academic programs in improving their processes in accordance with the standards required by each quality model.

·         Monitor compliance with basic quality conditions for the preparation of the annual follow-up report to be submitted to Sunedu.

·         Coordinate responses to information requests from Sunedu.

·         Guide and support various areas regarding the oversight actions required by Sunedu.

2. Quality Management System Directorate

The unit responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing the UCV’s Quality Assurance Management System, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement through compliance with international standards.

Key functions:

·         Implement and evaluate institutional quality policies and objectives.

·         Create, implement, and update the university's documented information.

·         Audit quality management systems to ensure compliance.

·         Carry out continuous improvement initiatives, and maintain and expand international quality certifications.
